Who I am, what I do, and where I've done it before.
I'm SebÆ — co-owner of SoloX Studio and a Discord HR specialist with six years in the space. I got started back in 2019 and have spent most of that time behind the scenes: setting up servers, building staff teams, and keeping communities running smoothly. Over the years I've helped manage communities totaling more than 5.7 million members combined.
Today my main focus is HR — helping developers build out their servers from scratch and training the teams that run them — alongside hands-on moderation work. After stepping back for a while, I'm rebuilding from the ground up with a handful of smaller, focused communities.
